Voice Call refers to the act of making phone calls that transmit voice communication between two or more people in real time over a telephone network or the internet. Voice calls can be conducted using traditional telephony systems (landlines), mobile phones, or through internet-based platforms using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology.

- VoIP Voice Call: Transmitted over the internet instead of traditional telephone lines. Examples: Calls made using platforms like WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
- Automated Voice Calls (Robocalls): Pre-recorded or AI-generated voice messages delivered to recipients, often used for marketing, notifications, or alerts. Example: Banks sending payment reminders through automating calls.
- Conference Calls: Voice calls involving multiple participants simultaneously.
